“ Country / Golf club restaurant with excellent staff attention level. Food quality and price were surprisingly reasonable. Great view to the west of the Rockies. Looks like a nice venue for a wedding. ”
“ The bar and restaurant staff are unbeatable! They take care of their clientele with kindness and are respectful of everyone’s needs! Love Claire and how hard she works to make everything work for each customer. They’re fun, fun, fun! ”
“ This place is great! Love the rustic atmosphere and I'm sure many golfers love its location too. Food has been consistently very good, and the wait staff are really nice. Hopefully the Tavern gets more recognition as its just a mile off Colorado Blvd. and not quite so noticeable. If you like the place pass it on to your friends. ”
“ A real gem east of I-25. Tucked away off the main CRs, The Tavern is new to us out here in the Tri-Town area. It's only about 5 months old, but it's definitely going to be our new "go-to" when we want some quality food and nice atmosphere. Service was very good: prompt, kind, attentive, and efficient. The west facing patio looks like an ideal spot for catching a sunset over the small lake by the golf course, and perhaps also catching a buzz from a few cocktails (use a DD people). I had the steak sandwich and it's one of the best I've had in a long while. The ChickenThingaMaJig was OK but the mashed potatoes on the side were awesome. Also it's family friendly. Blocks were on the patio for kids to fool with and the kid's meals were decent. Average entree was around 14 - 17. Definitely recommend The Tavern. ”
“ All who helped us did a great job with our dinner. All of your staff is friendly and personable. The food was great as well as the service! The best dining experience in Frederick!! ”
“ Peppers could not serve us with a dog on the patio even though I called to ask twice and was told yes by management. The Taveren was very helpful and said it would be OK. The food and service was good and the view was wonderful. ”
“ The Tavern is absolutely lovely! We love going there! Always get treated well and have a positive experience, enjoy GREAT food and love the setting. Try the fries with a beer on the patio while enjoying the view of the continental divide! Can’t beat it! ”
“ We went to The Tavern this evening for Taco Tuesday. Josh, our waiter, was friendly and provided great service!! We had tacos and later added a slab of ribs. The food was excellent and it was a fun evening!! The Tavern also has a very nice, comfortable atmosphere. ”
